EMERGENCY FEEDING

EXPOSERVE was called upon over the winter holidays in 2007 when Oklahoma was paralyzed by a crippling ice storm which left tens of thousands without power for up to two weeks. AEP/PSO selected EXPOSERVE as its Emergency Feeding resource from a roster of national catering firms. Over the course of 10 days, EXPOSERVE provided 45,000 meals with 3 meal a day service for 4,000 emergency workings which included hot breakfast and hot dinner with rotating menus. Meal service included meals at AEP's central housing facility as well as remote catering to worksites throughout the Tulsa area.
